Personae LLC (“Personæ”, “we”, “us”) builds video engagement software for businesses. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and how to get it removed. It applies to usepersonae.com and to the emails we send.
We obtain business contact information — name, business email, company, role, industry and company size — from third-party data providers, in order to identify businesses that may benefit from our services. If we contacted you and you would rather we did not, see Your choices; one email is enough. We never send text messages to contact details obtained this way.
Our site uses the Meta pixel (a product of Meta Platforms, Inc.). It records page views and form submissions and reports them to Meta so that we can measure our advertising and show ads to people who have visited our site.
We have enabled Meta’s automatic advanced matching. Where you enter details such as an email address or phone number into a form on our site, that information is hashed in your browser before it is sent — Meta receives a scrambled value, not the address itself — and is used to match the activity to a Meta account for measurement and audience building.
You can limit this through your Meta ad preferences, your browser’s cookie controls, or industry opt-outs at optout.aboutads.info.
Our site uses Google Ads (a product of Google LLC) and the Google tag. It records page views and, when you complete a purchase, a conversion event, and reports them to Google so that we can measure our advertising and show ads to people who may be interested in our services.
Where you complete a purchase, the conversion event may include the value of that purchase and a transaction identifier, so that a sale is not counted twice. Google may use cookies and similar technologies for this measurement and advertising, as described in Google’s own privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with providers who run parts of our service on our behalf, and only as needed:
All of the categories above, including advertising platforms, exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you tick the box agreeing to texts, Personae LLC uses your mobile number only to text you about your request: the video you asked for, follow-ups from Wayne Moon, and messages to set up a call. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Email wayne@usepersonae.com with “privacy” in the subject line. We aim to respond within 30 days and we will not charge you or make you create an account to ask.
We keep contact and enquiry records while there is an active or prospective business relationship, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, accounting or dispute purposes. Suppression records are kept indefinitely for the specific purpose of ensuring we do not contact you again.
Data is held with established cloud providers using encryption in transit, access controls and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Our services are for businesses. They are not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
